  • Assume complete responsibility of the Upgrade Schedule for multiple products.
    • ERP, Business Intelligence, Websites
  • Receive and process all new upgrade requests.
  • Maintain resource allocation for all upgrades.
  • Host/run weekly upgrade status meeting.
  • Create and monitor upgrade projects in tracking system.
  • Ensure release compatibility with other products.
  • Maintain/update upgrade related signoff and testing documentation.
  • Be familiar with development projects that will affect compliance with add on modules, U2 revisions, etc., that may impact successful processing for clients once upgraded.
  • Secure all necessary signoffs from Clients before live upgrade.
  • Schedule resources for upgrade process, including afterhours resources.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Track all new advanced module install tasks.
    • Assign tasks to technicians.
    • Ensure timely communication throughout duration of task until successful completion.
  • Ensure projects follow project timeline for specific products.
  • Maintain and generate monthly reports and charts.
  • Work on special projects, as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in One Drive/Sharepoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, in addition to creating, monitoring and adjusting schedules and due dates
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience as a scheduler or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of scheduling best practices and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities as needed
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
