STORIS currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant

  • Coordinate schedules, make appointments and organize meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate all business travel.
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
  • Write, proofread, and file correspondence.
  • Handle all confidential material relevant to company operations.
  • Act as liaison between direct reports and SVP, VP
  • Maintain and generate monthly reports and charts.
  • Submit Expense reports.
  • Assist other STORIS Executives, as necessary.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Equipment Purchases and setup.
  • Run Client Reports Monthly, and as needed.
  • Support Operations Managers, as needed.
  • Work on special projects, as needed.
  • Client upgrade scheduling – ERP and ecommerce
  • Hosting invoice reconciliation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Suite
  • Experience with project management and expense management tools.
  • Familiar with utilizing Customer Relationship Management software
  • Ability to handle high level confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to be creative while working independently on projects.
