“Looking back to our pre-STORIS days, we can’t remember how we ever got by without it. The STORIS retail software solution makes creating new orders a breeze. Existing orders that are still in process are easy to recall and work with. We have 4,000 plus SKU’s in our system, and adding items that we need on a particular order is completed through an efficient and filterable search function, saving us time and effort. STORIS is easy to implement and we found the default user interface to be intuitive and customizable.
Our customer service has improved immensely here at Shelley’s using the STORIS system. We are a high-end retailer and system designer for home entertainment electronics and customized home theater systems, and we provide installation services to all of our clientele. Sales orders with changing states of delivery status are common for us.
