The Implementation Team at STORIS helps new Clients to begin their journey with STORIS, a leading provider of retail software solutions. These project coordinators guide new Clients through the implementation conversion from beginning to end, providing their experience and STORIS expertise along the way.
Our Implementation Team works closely with each new Client, a job that allows them to identify customer reactions and realizations first-hand. STORIS has made several advancements to the implementation process over the years, allowing for an even easier and more efficient process.
A tailored project schedule is sent to Clients in order to give them an idea of what the implementation process will involve. A project manager is assigned to each new Client, helping them with implementation by providing a tailored plan and one-on-one attention. Each Client is also given a support technician point of contact for the initial go-live period. Along with the project manager, this person is attentive to the Client for the first few weeks of being on STORIS and is involved from the beginning of the process. The Client and technician to get to know each other during the course of implementation, which facilitates the process. With all of the resources and contacts given to a Client upon implementation and beyond, they will receive the attention and information they need to succeed.
Project Manager Will Andrews has been working on Implementations since 2007 and joined the Consulting Services group in 2008.
