STORIS Company Insight: The Marketing Team

Hello blog followers. As you may know, STORIS’ Marketing Team is taking over social media for the month of September. My name is Taylor & I am the main contributor to our STORIS blog. I’m here to give you some insight into our marketing team so you can learn a little more about what we do and how we do it. I’ll start with an introduction of each team member:

Kaitlin Surdoval – Marketing Manager. Kaitlin oversees the marketing team as well as the eCommerce department. She works closely with our clients on website projects and contributes to marketing campaigns.

Caitlin Jascewsky – Marketing Supervisor. Caitlin can be found working on digital marketing, overseeing SEO and crafting educational content for our prospects. She understands digital strategy and works with various publications to get STORIS educational materials to retailers in the industry.

Taylor Kelly – Marketing & Event Specialist. As you may have noticed, the home furnishings industry loves to attend events! I coordinate over 20 tradeshows, conferences and client events annually. I also work one on one with STORIS’ clients to produce case studies. In addition, I maintain our social media presence, participate in marketing campaigns, and send out client communications like newsletters and training specials.

Lisa Surdoval – Creative Specialist. Lisa is all things graphic design! She produces all of the company videos you can find on our YouTube page, creates graphics for our various campaigns and creates elements of STORIS’ branding.

Kristi Costantino – Marketing Specialist. Kristi is the newest member of our team. She is busy creating educational content and email campaigns, researching promotional items (the fun stuff at tradeshows) and learning the ins and outs of STORIS!

No two days are the same for the STORIS Marketing Team. We are always working on new projects, taking on new challenges and keeping up with the latest trends, both in marketing and home furnishings retail. We are a collaborative team that is not afraid to work together on our assignments. Our main goal is to educate retailers and clients on how technology impacts the home furnishings industry. We also work heavily with our clients on our marketing initiatives, featuring them in our print advertisements and in case studies on our website.

We are currently working on planning our Client Conference which is coming up in early November. Our theme is “Unified for Success” and centers around the concept of Unified Commerce. The customer experience is our company’s main focus; our products and services reflect the changing landscape of retail.
