On their previous system, it was difficult for Hill Country Holdings to keep an eye on everything going on within the business. With STORIS, they are able to audit all actions within the system, which makes all operations more secure. Along with manager security capabilities, they are able to monitor discounting, commission, product and customer information through reporting.
Hill Country Holdings has utilized STORIS reporting capabilities, especially in data warehouse, to gain insight into their business operations. They have improved many areas of their business due to their new data analytics and insights.
IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE
The time spent at the point of sale has improved with STORIS, helping free up the time necessary to spend with customers. HCH has shaved approximately 15 minutes off the checkout time since being on STORIS. The Finance Application Queue capability has also helped cut down time on the process.
LACK OF BROKEN PROMISES
Broken promises can often lead to canceled orders, which is something retailers try to avoid. After implementing STORIS, HCH was able to reduce their broken promises by a significant amount, resulting in improved customer service and increased annual revenue.
CONSUMER FINANCE INTERFACE
Consumers expect retailers to have financing solutions available that meet their needs regardless of their personal situation. The STORIS Finance Application Queue provides a robust platform to process multiple lenders. Integrating HCH’s finance vendors significantly decreased application entry and response times, providing customers with maximum purchase opportunity. Since the launch of the Finance Application Queue, customer satisfaction has risen as time spent has lowered.
A RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Since implementing STORIS, Hill Country Holdings has seen a significant improvement on their per ticket revenue. The efficiency of the software has allowed them to increase sales and cut down wait time at the cash register. Customers are being helped quickly and business is climbing, which are two areas they hoped to see improvement in.
