Dedicated Assistance

Every STORIS client is assigned an Upgrade Specialist to assist in coordinating efforts and ensuring a business’s upgrade experience is successful. Preliminary test upgrades are performed in order to provide your IT team with timing and specifics for the phases associated with the upgrade. The information provided may relate to new standard features that your business is implementing, confirmation of converted data files, certification of equipment, or basic questions regarding enhanced options and settings and how they can improve your organization’s utilization of the new STORIS release.
 

New Features

Because we offer streamlined processes for staying current with our latest releases, STORIS clients receive unlimited access to new features on a continual basis. Over the past five years, we offered new feature pack releases to clients on average every 6-8 months. As part of your maintenance agreement we provide your business with free upgrades and complimentary training classes. This allows your team to concentrate on growing your business without interruption, while taking advantage of the benefits of STORIS’ latest technological advances.
