System Security
System Security is established with detailed permission settings that are integrated throughout the entire Vision9 product suite. In addition to business procedural control settings, Vision9 provides the capability for users to have customized menu options and navigation paths, which can limit access to overlapping secured areas of the system and target specific job responsibilities. System administrators are provided with auditing and tracking features that are based upon specific user actions and application processes.
Extended User Security, Receivables Screen - Allows users to have different security levels with permissions, for example, approve credit holds, enter finance payments, access payment classes, issue refunds, and more. Additionally, all user and automated activity is effectively tracked.
