STORIS’ highly experienced Helpline Services staff consists of over 25 individuals with an average tenure of 7 years. With this kind of depth and retail expertise, you can expect a timely and knowledgeable resolution when working with our staff. Cases can be logged two ways. The method our clients most prefer is logging a case via our secure Client Services website. When a case is entered online, an email is automatically sent to our clients with the case number and a summary of the problem that was logged. Once a case is logged, our clients are able to view technician updates, as well as update the case themselves with more information. The second method used to log a call is by calling our toll free helpline. Calls are answered directly by our technicians, and over 75% of all cases are resolved while clients are on the line. We call this process, "Direct-to-tech".
Our Secure Client Services website offers many more conveniences than just having the ability to log and update Helpline Services Cases. You can also download Documentation, view Companion Application information, and schedule continuing education courses all online.
STORIS also distributes a quarterly report card which summarizes our performance in servicing our clients’ technical services needs. In addition to our quarterly mailing, the report card is available to our clients on demand via the exclusive Client Services website.
