Data Conversions are now a breeze as STORIS has taken the conversion process and turned it into a user-friendly, do-it-yourself project.

STORIS has completely re-engineered our Data Conversion application process, giving clients the ability to convert data on their own. By simply following the user-friendly menu driven screens, users are able to convert their data with minimal STORIS interaction.

If you choose to have STORIS convert your data for you, STORIS’ experienced staff of technicians have a proven track record with numerous successful data conversions for clients of all sizes. STORIS’ Data Conversion Services ensure the entire conversion process is seamless.

To facilitate a smooth conversion, STORIS provides a web training session to introduce this process. Prior to starting the conversion, a project plan of the process is provided as well as comprehensive file layouts.

The next step is for you to determine what files you would like to convert, and extract that data into Excel. Once the data is in Excel format, you can utilize user-friendly tools to convert the data into the STORIS system. Upon completion, test conversions are run in a secure testing environment to ensure the process was successful. After final approval, the live account name option is enabled so that you can run the conversion and populate your production account.
