New Releases and Updates

STORIS is committed to providing our clients with a new version of the product suite at least once every year. In fact, recent distribution performance levels indicate that on average we release one new feature pack every eight months. As we develop new applications, we allow our clients to provide us with direct feedback that is pertinent to current and potential future growth trends. We then turn those valuable suggestions around quickly into new features of a release. Because we continually maintain one standard release as the foundation for all our applications, our clients have the opportunity to exploit all of the features available in the product suite without the need for custom modifications that could hamper their ability to easily upgrade to the next release. With the scheduling flexibility to download and install new service packs that include updates and enhancements, our clients can consistently stay current with the STORIS program library. Allowing our users to stay up to date with our newest technology facilitates an expeditious upgrade cycle that minimizes business interruption.

Data Importing and Conversions

We offer our clients two options for easily importing data into the STORIS database. The same importing tools that our Development teams use are also available with both our Large Enterprise and SaaS models. To facilitate a seamless implementation, we provide a multitude of conversion tools within our product suite for files related to your business’s customer, inventory, merchandising, and financial data. Secondly, we offer importing capabilities that are targeted for continuous file updates in areas such as merchandising price updates, general ledger postings, rich content, and many other day-to-day active business transactions. These tools improve operational efficiency and ensure your business continues to move forward within the fast paced world of the retail environment.
