Delivery Routing and Service Expectations

Vision9 provides Sales and Customer Care personnel with real time capacity schedules based on established delivery and service routes with automated cutoff points.  These include capacity by merchandise dollar values, number of stops on a delivery or service route, total pieces of merchandise en route, and cubic volume/labor hours.  Capacities can be based on scheduled or estimated dates for delivery or service, and confirmation schedules for reserved or unreserved merchandise.  With the proper controls in place, a retailer can establish and more importantly, meet the expectations of service from its customers.
